By downloading or using Fight the Cart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Fight the Cart is a mobile application designed to help users reduce impulse purchases by implementing a cooling-off period before buying. The app tracks items you want to purchase, shows you the cost in work hours, and helps you make more mindful spending decisions.
Important: Fight the Cart is not a financial advisory application and does not provide financial advice. Savings calculations and "cost in time" figures are estimates based on the information you provide. Always make financial decisions based on your own judgment and circumstances.
Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. You will not be charged during the free trial.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or request a refund through your purchase history in the App Store.

Fight the Cart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
